    Structural characteristics of kiln equipment:

     

    1. The simplified form of rotary kiln equipment is made of 20g and Q235-B steel plates that ensure five mechanical properties, usually using automatic welding. The wall thickness of the cylinder body is generally 25mm, with a firing belt of 32mm and a roller belt of 65mm. There is a 38mm thick transition section from the roller belt to the span, which makes the design of the cylinder body more reasonable, ensuring the rigidity of the cross-section and improving the stress state of the supporting device. There is a high-temperature resistant and wear-resistant kiln mouth guard at the discharge end of the cylinder, and the tail end of the cylinder kiln is made of one meter long 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel plate. The kiln head guard plate and the cold air sleeve form a divided sleeve space, and cold air is blown from the horn mouth inward to cool the non working surface of the kiln head guard plate, which is conducive to the long-term safe operation of this part. Three rectangular solid wheels are sleeved on the cylinder body. The gap between the wheel belt and the cylinder pad is determined by the amount of thermal expansion. When the kiln is operating normally, the wheel belt can be appropriately fitted onto the cylinder to reduce radial deformation of the cylinder.

     

    2. The transmission system of the rotary kiln equipment uses a single drive, driven by a variable frequency motor to drive a hard tooth surface three-stage cylindrical gear reducer, and then drives the open gear pair of the kiln. The transmission device adopts a rubber block coupling to increase the smoothness of the transmission, and is equipped with an auxiliary transmission device connected to a security power supply to ensure that the kiln can still be operated when the main power supply is interrupted, prevent the cylinder from bending, and facilitate maintenance.

     

    3. The sealing of the kiln head of the rotary kiln equipment adopts a double-layer flexible sealing device consisting of a cover shell gas seal and a labyrinth with a spring plate. Blow in an appropriate amount of cold air through the horn to cool the protective plate, and the cold air is discharged from the top after being heated; By using overlapping heat-resistant spring steel plates and flexible sealing plates to compress the cold air sleeve body, it is ensured that the sealing effect can still be maintained even when the kiln head cylinder body is slightly tilted.

     

    4. The tail seal of the rotary kiln equipment adopts steel sheet and graphite flexible seal. The device is easy to install and safe to use.

    Rotary kiln refers to a rotary calcination kiln (commonly known as a rotary kiln), which has a shape similar to a rotary bed and is also called a rotary bed kiln. Rotary kilns can be divided into cement kilns, metallurgical and chemical kilns, and lime kilns according to the different materials processed. Cement kilns are mainly used for calcining cement clinker, and are divided into two categories: dry process cement kilns and wet process cement kilns. Metallurgical and chemical kilns are mainly used for magnetization roasting of poor iron ore in steel plants in the metallurgical industry; Oxidation roasting of chromium and nickel iron ores; Refractory plant roasting high alumina vanadium ore and aluminum plant roasting clinker, aluminum hydroxide; Chemical plants roast minerals such as chromite sand and chromite powder.
