Counterattack crusher is a mining machinery that uses impact energy to crush materials. 1. Basic structure and working principle
Structural composition: mainly including rotor, plate hammer, impact plate, frame and other components. The rotor drives the plate hammer to impact the material through high-speed rotation, while the counterattack plate bears the rebound of the material and undergoes secondary crushing.
Working principle: After entering the crushing chamber, the material is subjected to high-speed impact by the plate hammer and thrown towards the counterattack plate. After multiple collisions, friction, and rebound, it reaches the desired particle size and is finally discharged from the discharge port. This process forms a triple effect of "free fragmentation", "rebound fragmentation", and "grinding fragmentation".2. Performance characteristics
Efficient and energy-saving: The optimized design of low-speed rotors and multi chamber crushing structures reduces energy consumption by 20% -25% while increasing production.
