    1. PXF Fuller type gyratory crusher

    The TRAYLOR type gyratory crusher is mainly composed of the transmission part, lower frame part, lower frame liner part, eccentric sleeve part, crushing cone part, middle frame part, upper frame part, hydraulic part, oil cylinder part, dry and thin oil lubrication part, foundation and other parts. The motor is directly connected to the transmission shaft through two gear couplings and an intermediate shaft. When the eccentric sleeve is driven to rotate by a large bevel gear installed at the lower end of the eccentric sleeve, the crushing cone can rotate around the central axis of the crusher, causing the surface of the crushing cone to move closer and farther away from the fixed cone surface. This continuously compresses and bends the material entering the crushing chamber, resulting in crushing. The crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber by its own weight.

     

    Fuller Company's gyratory crushers are all hydraulic support structures, and their moving cones are supported by hydraulic oil in hydraulic cylinders. Increasing or decreasing the oil volume in the cylinders can achieve the purpose of adjusting the discharge port; When the load is running, the overflow valve plays an overload protection role. When non crushed materials enter the crushing chamber, the crushing force increases, the system oil pressure rises, the overflow valve overflows, the main shaft descends, and the unbreakable foreign objects are discharged. This type of crusher can easily adjust the size of the discharge port, allowing users to achieve satisfactory product particle size and output.

The electric motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the pulley and bevel gear. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, it drives the crushing cone to rotate around the center of the crusher. Thus, the surface of the broken cone sometimes approaches and sometimes moves away from the fixed cone surface, causing the material fed into the crushing chamber to be continuously crushed by compression and bending. The crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber by its own weight.

     

    The gyratory crusher produced by our company is a hydraulic support structure. Before starting the crusher, first turn on the oil pump to fill the cylinder with oil. When the crushing cone rises to the working position, close the shut-off valve and stop the oil pump at the same time. This type of crusher can easily adjust the size of the discharge port, allowing users to achieve satisfactory product particle size and output. When non crushed materials fall into the crushing chamber, the crushing force increases, and the system oil pressure also increases accordingly. The oil in the oil cylinder is pressed into the accumulator, causing the crushing cone to descend, the discharge port to increase, and non crushed materials to be discharged. After the non broken material is discharged, the oil is slowly pressed into the oil cylinder under the action of the accumulator, causing the broken cone to reset smoothly. When the size of non crushed materials is too large to be discharged through the discharge port, and the system oil pressure continues to rise to the set value of the electric contact pressure gauge, the control system automatically stops to ensure equipment safety.
