    1. Heavy duty plate feeder

    Main technical features of heavy-duty plate feeder:
    The heavy-duty plate feeder produced by Shenyang Metallurgical Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. belongs to the OK heavy-duty plate feeder series, and its original technology comes from the German O&K company. After introduction, digestion, and further innovation, its characteristics are as follows: (1) The surface plate material of the chain plate is 16Mn, with a thickness of 20-25mm, pressed into a circular arc structure. The circular arc chain plates cooperate with each other to prevent material leakage during transportation. Chain plates are welded structural components with a high composite thickness, thus possessing a high flexural modulus. Circular arc chain plates are divided into two structures: single arc and double arc, with similar performance. Customers can choose one according to their requirements. (2) Adopting a thousand ton forging engineering machinery chain (known as a tank chain). High strength, long service life, and no need for lubrication during operation. (3) The chain plate is supported by multiple sets of supporting wheels, with uniform force and small deformation. In addition, the supporting wheels are equipped with bearings, which reduces the resistance to equipment operation. (4) The whole machine runs smoothly without the need for anchor bolts. Simply embed some steel plates on the foundation, adjust the position of the equipment, and spot weld the machine base onto the embedded steel plates. (5) Adopting variable frequency motor speed regulation to ensure different production needs and easy operation.

     

    2. Medium sized plate feeder
    Medium sized plate feeder is one of the bulk conveying equipment, suitable for: 1. In principle, the equipment does not bear warehouse pressure; 2. Feed particle size<400mm; 3. Transport capacity: 100-300/h; 4. Cannot withstand large impact loads.

     

    3、 SGF series rod vibrating feeder
    The SGF series bar feeder produced by our company adopts a double eccentric shaft vibrator and is a linear reciprocating vibrating feeder; The feeding box is designed with blind plates and adjustable spacing bars, suitable for uniformly and continuously feeding coarse and medium crushers, and can perform coarse screening of materials, effectively exerting the effect of the crusher.
