The hot clinker is unloaded from the kiln mouth onto the grate bed, and is pushed by the reciprocating grate plate to distribute along the entire length of the grate bed, forming a certain thickness of material bed. Cooling air is blown into the material layer from below the material bed, permeating and diffusing to cool the hot clinker. The cooling air after cooling the clinker becomes hot air, and the high-temperature hot air at the hot end is used as combustion air to enter the kiln and decomposition furnace (pre decomposition kiln system). Some of the hot air can also be used for drying. The utilization of hot air can achieve heat recovery, thereby reducing the system's heat consumption; The excess hot air will be discharged into the atmosphere after dust collection treatment. The cooled small pieces of clinker fall into the conveyor after passing through the grate screen and the grate cooler; Large chunks of clinker are crushed and cooled before being fed into the conveyor; Fine clinker and dust leak into the collection hopper through the gaps and holes of the grate bed. When the material level in the hopper reaches a certain height, the air lock valve controlled by the material level sensing system automatically opens, and the leaked fine material enters the leakage zipper machine under the machine and is transported away. When the remaining fine material in the bucket can still seal the air lock valve, the valve plate has been closed to ensure no air leakage.
