It not only maintains the advantages of the latest fourth-generation machines, such as no material leakage and low discharge temperature, but also exhibits particularly outstanding stability. 1. The travel distance of the grate bed is up to 400mm. With this, the grate speed is very low while meeting the conveying capacity, significantly improving the working conditions of all wear parts of the grate cooler. 2. Small closed-loop control and displacement sensors are adopted. The position of the grate bed is accurate, and the hydraulic operation is stable; moreover, the travel distance of each column is very easy to adjust, effectively avoiding the red river phenomenon on both sides. 3. The wear of the supporting device is small. The supporting device adopts the classic roller guide wheel, with a simple and reliable structure.
